It was 1998, and Marty and Alicia Herrick launched the business that was to become Wineshipping. They began by providing high quality fulfillment services to wineries and today that singular hands-on focus remains the same as the company has grown. Marty and Alicia's first client was Kunde Estate Winery, and we would like to thank them for their continued business.

From the beginning it was a family business with its roots in the wine country. Both Marty and Alicia grew up in Sonoma Valley, and can trace their family background in the Valley to the 1870's. Most of our employees today live in Sonoma or Napa Valley.

In 2004, following years of steady growth and dedicated customer service, Marty and Alicia added another partner in the business, Charlie Baxter. Today Marty and Charlie along with an outstanding group of hands-on employees make up the dedicated staff of Wineshipping, operating out of our facility in the Carneros region of Sonoma.
