Management
Charlie Baxter
Prior to investing in the company and becoming a partner in 2004, Charlie was a Tokyo-based executive with Rakuten K.K., Japan 's largest e-commerce company. Prior to working with Rakuten, Charlie served as CEO of eTranslate, a web globalization company. Earlier, Charlie spent 5 years living and working in Asia , where he worked for a large Hong Kong based company in various operating roles. Charlie graduated from U.C. Berkeley and Harvard Business School. Charlie and his wife Jinee have newborn twins; William and Lauren.

Marty Herrick
Prior to starting the company in 1998, Marty spent 13 years in Mortgage Banking with Marin based Headlands Mortgage Company serving as Vice President of Finance where he managed a Purchasing Department that supported 14 branches and 1,500 employees throughout the United States. Marty graduated from Sonoma State University , majoring in Accounting and Finance. He and his wife Alicia have two daughters, Hannah and Olivia.
